How do I sign up to live at the Vue?
It's easy to secure you space at the Vue! Simply visit the leasing office during business hours, complete the lease application, sign a lease agreement for the apartment sytle you want, and pay the application fee and 1/2 of the security deposit. Most leases require a guarantor, Vue staff will follow up directly with your designated guarantor to complete the leasing process.
Is the Vue part of or affiliated with ASU?
The Vue is privately owned and operated and is no way affiliated with ASU. Because of the location and lifestyle, many of the tenants living at the Vue attend ASU.
Does the Vue have joint or individual leases?
All leases at the Vue are individual contracts. This means that you and your guarantor are only financially responsible for your rent. We will pair you with other roommates of your choosing or based on our personality profile.
When do I find out my room assignment and roommates?
You will find out your room assignment and roommate information the week after the 4th of July. You can also join the Vue Facebook group to network with other future tenants. If you identify someone you want to live with, we will do everything in our power to match you in an apartment together.
What if I know who I want to live with?
Great! When you complete the lease application, simply write down the roommates you want to live with and we will put you in the same unit.
Can I pass down my apartment to my friends?
If your apartment style is not already rented out then absolutely! Tell your friends to come in as soon as possible to fill out lease application(s). We work on a first-come-first-serve basis. Current tenants of the apartment do not need to be present.
Can you hold an apartment or bedroom?
All apartment styles are rented on a first come first serve basis and therefore we cannot hold an apartment style. In order to secure a specific apartment style at the Vue, you must sign a lease, pay the required fees, and in most cases, complete the lease guarantee.
What do I do when I'm locked out of my apartment?
If you're locked out during office hours then an office staff member or maintenance person can let the person in by bringing a keyset to your apartment.
If you're locked out after hours, we have a Community Assistant on call who can let you into your apartment. We do not charge for lockout service, but require that you have a photo ID in order to provide access to an apartment.

The Vue has a secured, covered parking garage for tenants with cars. Parking spaces are assigned and a lease contract is executed for the same lease dates as the apartments. Guests can park in public spaces on Apache.
